This project involved the complete interior renovation of a private residence within the One Bal Harbour building in Miami. The original unit, characterized by outdated finishes and compartmentalized spaces, was reimagined to reflect a contemporary language of warm luxury. The design strategy centered on enhancing natural light and introducing a cohesive material palette that combines refined textures with subtle tonal contrasts. Natural woods, stone surfaces, and soft fabrics define the new interiors, creating a balance between sophistication and comfort.
